Privacy policy

I process personal data only to the extent I need to handle your order, licence and support, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. (the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act).

Controller

What data and what for

• Order and contract – name, e-mail, phone, address, and for a company the business name, company ID (IČO), tax ID (DIČ) and VAT ID (IČ DPH), plus the content of the order. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Licence – the licence key contains your name or company name, e-mail, company ID (IČO), licence type, number of computers and expiry date. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payments and documents – I keep payment data and documents in accordance with tax and accounting regulations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Support and communication – e-mails and support notes. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest in handling your request and defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data in your Jarvis

Jarvis runs on your computer. Your mail, clients, notes, chat history and passwords are stored there, and I have no access to them. The text you write to Jarvis is sent by Jarvis only to the AI service you choose (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) – under that service’s terms; with an offline model it goes nowhere. During remote installation or help I can see your screen only for the duration of a connection that you allow yourself and can end at any time, and I do not store anything from it.

This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your basket and your orders are stored only in your browser (localStorage) until you send the order yourself by e-mail. The licence key on the My licence page is checked directly in your browser and is not sent anywhere.

Who I share data with

I do not sell data or provide it for marketing purposes. Only the providers through whom I run the service may have access to it: the e-mail provider, the bank (for payments) and possibly an accountant. I do not transfer data to countries outside the EU, except where the service you have chosen requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep contract and licence data for the duration of the contract and then for no more than 4 years for possible claims; payment documents for as long as tax and accounting regulations require (at most 10 years).

Your rights

• access to your data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing,
• data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
